Prayer is central to the Christian life and central to the invitation of relationship with Jesus. Yet, prayer can be hard! Prayer can be frustrating! Prayer can be the thing that gets put on the back burner. Join the College Sunday School this Fall as we seek to recover the goodness and richness of prayer - that we might become a praying people.

In many ways, our culture's approach to mental health is healthier than it's ever been. Yet, an overemphasis on mental health can undermine the Christian view of growth in grace and sanctification. Our hope is to look to Jesus and Scripture for guidance, while critiquing the bad and affirming the good.
