For Christ’s love compels us, because we are convinced that one died for all, and therefore all died. And he died for all, that those who live should no longer live for themselves but for him who died for them and was raised again.
— 2 Corinthians 5:14-15 (NIV)

Global Missions at OMPC

FAITH PROMISE SUNDAY | March 1

What is Faith Promise?

Faith Promise is an agreement between you and God. It is a promise that, as God enables, you will give a certain amount toward “Faith Promise” (Global Missions at OMPC) above and beyond your tithe.

Our Faith Promise funds go toward supporting our Global Ministry Partners around the world. During each year’s Global Missions Conference, we share of many ways God is working in and through our Global Ministry partners, made possible by OMPC’s generous Faith Promise giving. On the final Sunday of the conference, we focus on the impact of Faith Promise and encourage the congregation to commit to giving toward Faith Promise through OMPC in the upcoming year. WHERE DOES THE MONEY GO?

75% - Ongoing Ministry Partner Support

75% of our Faith Promise budget goes toward ongoing support of our global ministry partners. This also includes one-time gifts or extra support needed for a variety of situations, such as unexpected medical treatment, emergency travel expenses

25% - Partner Care & Mobilization

Partner Care & Mobilization is critical to raising up missionaries, keeping our congregation engaged, and providing the spiritual and emotional support required for partners to have longevity on the field. This also goes toward our short-term trip efforts, which incorporate both outreach and service as well as ministry partner care.
